The facility is fully equipped and includes: 1. A fully equipped swimming pool with a heat pump for heating the water. 2. Turkish and Finnish saunas. 3. Two massage rooms. 4. A gym fully equipped with modern technology. 5. A changing room, two changing rooms, and two large bathrooms with toilets. 6. The entire area is equipped with a hydronic heating system with two heat pumps, as well as a 500-liter boiler for wastewater. 7. A water conditioning chamber in the pool for dehumidification. 8. A fully equipped kitchen with sleds and all necessary built-in appliances. 9. An area with 8 sun loungers, as well as sets of towels, robes, and slippers. 10. Lobby with 3 areas accommodating up to 10 people. 11. Reception. The Sami Spa Center is located on the ground floor of a luxury building with 50 residential units, public parking, and a private garage.
